　　摘  要

　　面对市场经济令人振奋的优胜劣汰，为了探索市场经济对人才要求的质量，以及方向。遵照学校的暑假安排，在2012年7月23号至7月29号我在澄城县新城综合市场（化妆大世界）进行了为期七天的社会实践，使我受益匪浅，使我懂得在工作中要将书本的知识与社会实践联系起来，要有坚定的信念，持之以恒的毅力，做任何事都要认真负责，粗心大意是不行的，尤其是在营销部门。在任何单位都要学会多看多学多做少说，同时要学会宽容，谅解，谦虚，只有满足这几点我们才能在当今社会严峻的竞争中立足，这就是所谓的“适者生存”。同时要有良好的人际关系以及提高自身修养，不断的提升自己提高自生素质，不不断地学习以适应市场经济变化的需要，这样才能提高个人在人才市场上的核心竞争力。

　　前言

　　有人说当代的大学生都是生长在温室里长大的，没有经历过刻苦的磨练。尤其是说90后，都是眼高手低，吃不了苦。然而我却不这么认为，通过这七天的社会实践使我深深的知道，一切都是那么不容易与艰难，有些时候当我们遇到困难的时候总是先先想到求助于别人，然而却不知道真正能帮到自己的只有自己，当今的社会，竞争的激烈迫使人们的戒备之心也特别浓厚。2012年7月23日，我与会计107班的李越，会计106 的魏新在澄城县新城市场（化妆大世界）进行了为期七天的社会实践。

　　通过这七天的社会实践，使我懂得深深地道理。面对形形色色的人，我们应该知道把握自己的言语，什么该说，什么不该说我们都应该谨记于心，以后不管到哪个单位都应该，多做，少说，多听，多学。因为每个人身上都有不足之处，其实在生活中每个人都是我们的老师。他们身上总有一点或者是很多的点来值得我们去学习，学习他们说话的技巧，学习他们说话的语调，其实为人处世在我们的生命中是最重要的。

　　这次的社会实践很快就结束了，但这并只是一次任务，这其中的意义只有自己清楚，成功人士当年的艰辛与磨练我们虽然无法亲身体会，但是从他们的讲述中我们可以感受到那种苦难对他们的影响，从而影响我以后对学习和将来的工作态度与方法。
