Unit1 Let’s try to speak English as much as possible.
Learning Objectives:
After class, Students can
1.Understand and master instruction words in class and respond while hearing them.
2.Master key phrases/expressions and their usage.
Important teaching point:1. Instruction words in class; 2.set phrases.
Difficult teaching point: “practice doing .., match…with…, make mistakes (in)…, try to do …,etc.”
Teaching Aids:Multimedia, blackboard
Teaching Procedure
Step One Lead-in
Check the words and expressions on P137.(pair----understand)
Step Two group work
Ask students to read the instruction words in Activity 1 and understand them
Step Three Guessing work
T presents some pictures and ask students to guess what instructions they are.
Step Four Discussion (Group work)
T asks students to discuss the other instruction words we have learned. Then students answer them.
Step Five Activity 2
T presents some questions and asks students to listen and answer them.
Step Six Key points
1.T plays the tape about three conversations, students listen and answer them.
2.T asks students to find out key points.
3.T explains key points , students take notes and make sentences about them.
Step Seven Quiz
